“The activity was well planned and the stops and availability of washroom was good. However I do feel some of the stop were not essential and made only to sell some products. This is the only think which can be improved as the stops for the shop can be used to spend some more time where we had to hurry. However all the other item including the guide behaviour, communications was very good”

It seems that the main objective is to get customers to visit spaces with only one purpose: to get them to buy something. If they want to keep like this, i would suggest that you stop only one time in a big mall or store for shopping and do the rest for visiting places.”

“This tour is a scam. I booked a tour that was listed as 3 hours in Bursa to explore the old town as well as 2 hours to explore the old town of Cumalikizik. It also included lunch in Uludag National Park. What we received was a visit to an ATV Park, Turkish Delight Factory (Shop), Jam Factory, a 600 old tree?, a ski lift stop (optional - but you couldn't do anything else whilst you waited 40 minutes, a minimal lunch at 3.30pm and then a visit to the green Mosque after dark for 45mins only - The Tomb was closed. Gondolen var der ikke - vi fik en stolelift og der blev ikke fortalt noget overhovedet om stedet. I Bursa blev vi bare ledt ind i silkebutikken og ellers blev der heller ikke sagt noget om selve byen.
