“Everyone always says their tour guide was friendly and helpful, but in Incı’s case she made a huge effort to make everyone feel included, and went beyond her job to make sure everything went smoothly. I was helped with my terrible Turkish pronunciation, and she did her best to find me vegetarian options. She gave a talk on not just the excursion but also the history of Antalya and Turkey. The ruins were jaw dropping, but I would recommend visiting the pools off peak. It was very crowded. A great day out, it felt like I was being shown around by a friend of a friend rather than a tour…”

“3 hours to get to the site which your warned off after a stop of at a factory/shop for a few expensive pieces of carved stone!!!! Ok look good and are very detailed but I’d rather have time on trip location Anyway we arrived at Pamukkale with a short tour with the guide then we had 3 hours only free time to see the ruined city of Hirapolis, a swim in Cleopatra pool if wanted a wander around the museum and the walk on the unique terraces that is Pamukkales natural wonder! “Day started very early, 2:15am for us. Around 6:00 we reached the first activity. The hot air ballon over Pamukkale was incredible. The only thing I will say it was bad was the price of the video - 60 dollars - nobody in our group bought it. Osmans was our guide from beginning of the day to the end he was incredible, giving all necessary information about the places, always smiling. The driver was also very great. The only thing i would improve it was the breakfast, that compared to lunch was very poor. But this do not take the shine of our experience today. I recommend to everyone visiting…”

“One of the highlights of our trip was the balloon ride, which I gifted to my parents for Father's Day. The timing was perfect, and our pilot was excellent, making the experience incredibly enjoyable. Floating above the beautiful landscapes was truly a memorable adventure. Pamukkale city, with its stunning natural beauty, was another noteworthy part of our trip. However, everything inside was overpriced, and once you enter, you cannot leave without paying for re-entry. This essentially forces you to eat whatever is available on-site, which was quite limiting. Despite these drawbacks, the balloon ride was a standout experience that we cherished, adding a wonderful touch to our travels.”

“This is an excellent day trip. Khan, our guide, really knows his stuff & makes the whole day enjoyable. Pamukkale is ok, it is nothing like the photos though. Water only flows over a small area at any time & it is not blue as shown. The day we went was very cold (-2°C to 1°C) & despite the water being around 38°C, some of the pools had frozen over! We spent around 30 minutes at the pools but can honestly say that 10 minutes would be enough & the rest of your time best spent exploring the museum & Hierapolis. Hieropolis is vast! “A very well organised activity. Pick up with shuttle. balloon flight was great. you go up about 1km in the air. Adequet time spent in flight. Safe landing. You can see these guys know what they are doing. Seeing Pamukkale from the balloon is a must. After the flight a tip is expected from the crew. But this is well deserved.”
