Came here immediately after a flight and they made me feel very relaxed and clean. Placard at the entrance says it's from the 1400s and one of the oldest remaining hamams in Istanbul. Very interesting history, beautiful architecture inside. Very private. Genders are separated so no need to feel awkward about nudity. “Very knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide; visited key must-see sites, although there was there was a long, unbroken period (approx. 4hrs) of walking and standing on a very hot day; the included lunch was tasty Turkish cuisine at a scenic rooftop restaurant. The sunset cruise on the Bosphorus on a spacious, relaxing boat was wonderful, from the Turkish snacks and beverages that were served throughout the cruise; the pleasant and informative cruise guide and even the relaxing music. It was the perfect way to end a long day experiencing Istanbul. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel.”

“This was the best pottery class we've ever tried. The studio is very clean and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. At the end, we each made our own custom piece. I made a bowl, and my girlfriend made a vase with a wave-shaped top. We waited about 30 minutes for them to dry a bit so we could bring them back to our hotel. While waiting, we took a nice walk around Avanos. Definitely worth trying if you're visiting Cappadocia.”
