“We were picked at 3.15 am and after picking other tourists we were on our way. We reached Cappadocia at about 1 pm. We had a few comfort breaks on the way which didn’t make the journey feel too long. Our guide was also interactive and knowledgeable. On the approach to Cappadocia we were told that if we wanted to do a sunset walk in Rose valley, it will be another €25 pp and to see the balloons rise, it would be another €30 pp. I think since everyone had already travelled for so long, no one wanted to leave without seeing them. Only down side is I thought we would get more time in the city but we had to go straight from the coach to our horse riding trip then we wernt back at the hotel until 8:30pm so it felt like we were on the coach for ages as we got picked up at 2:40am and then was on and off the coach all day. . “Excellent! I would do it again and again. The team is very responsive and everything is done on a timely manner. Our flight Cappadocia got canceled and they immediately rebooked us on a different airline. Transportation was great, we were pucked up on time in Cappadocia and in Istanbul. Our guide was great at explaining, being a local she really knew the best spots for pictures and knew the history to all the sites we were taken too. experience was very memorable over all.”

We got picked up at our hotel at 4am, got a 6:30 flight, transport picked us up and got us to the group. There was about a 45 min coordination lag to the group, no biggie. Did a full day, didn't the night ata cave hotel, which was nice, then picked up for second day. Then back to the airport for the flight home. “Viator Online Chat was extremely helpful and timely in planning and booking this trip. Unfortunately, the Itinerary is not accurate. A lot of time was spent at an expensive Ceramics shop, Jewelry shop, and Leather shop but was NOT disclosed in the itinerary. Had I known that shopping was involved in this trip, I would have opted for a different trip option for my limited time in Cappadocia. Also, it is very suspicious that another reviewer noted that their lunch was delayed for hours so the time at the expensive Ceramics shop was extended --- this is what also what "coincidentally" happened to my group.
