“The experience was fabulous. There were only four of us. We were picked up at the cruise ship terminal with no hassle by our host, then driven in an SUV to a local market where we actually shopped for the ingredients for making lunch. We then went to the host's home and cooked lunch. It was just wonderful getting cooking tips (like grating tomatoes vs chopping them). The five of us sat at her dining room table and ate the food we had prepared. The host was so gracious and it was awesome to be able to see a functioning Turkish home. The tour was just great!”

“Sometimes you have a travel experience that is just so great, it is hard to describe in a few quick sentences. This day was so special to both my partner and me. First, the farm it’s on is incredible— the animals are adorable and friendly. We lucked out and we’re there on a day the ladies were making bread and it was like seeing a glimpse into a more traditional Turkey. Second, the food was amazing. The mini tour you do before is very interesting cause you can see another side of Istanbul. 100% recommended. Worth every cent and every minute.
